We are so glad you are interested in joining our rotating line-up of farms, food, artists and makers here in Central MA.
Matchstick Market is small but mighty. We take pride in our grassroots approach to creating a diverse network of small, independent businesses, farms and artists and connecting them with our local community.
We aren’t fancy or backed by anything other than a handful of deeply passionate organizers and community members. We believe in collaboration over competition, and the building of strong communities that can grow together. If this resonates with you, we’d love for you to join us sometime.

SPRING 2019: Reoccurring vendor opportunities are limited to preserve a variety of vendors from week to week, so don’t delay!
To be a reoccurring vendor for the upcoming Spring season, you must apply before the season starts.
After the Spring application deadline, on March 22, the only way to book dates for the current season will be as a full-priced pop-up vendor.
First-time applicants must fill out the form below. If accepted you are then able to request market dates, pay and be placed into the schedule.

A few things to consider before you apply:
Matchstick Market is plant-based, this means we do not feature products or foods that contain animals or animal by-products.*
We feature all sorts of makers, artists, farms, community groups and small businesses, especially those who have a conscious consumer appeal, ie: business models built around sustainability and respect for the environment, strong ethics and values, promote health and wellness, utilize up-cycled, reclaimed, locally sourced, or fair-trade materials and ingredients
We do not feature MLM businesses, but do feature artists and makers who show dedication to practicing and perfecting their chosen craft.
Farms, specialty food and certain vendors are eligible to be reoccurring vendors (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly.) Others are encouraged to apply as pop-up vendors who can apply to vend at Matchstick Market for up to 6 market dates per season. There are 4 market seasons a year, each spanning 13 weeks.
As we enter warmer weather part of our market will flow outdoors. Farms and food vendors should expect to set up outdoors when weather permits it. All outdoor booths will be upgraded to A 10X10.
