a different market.
EVERY SUNDAY 10AM—2PM
55 sterling st
An ever changing line up of local farms, small businesses, artists, makers, food and other handmade goods from our community and all over New England. The Matchstick Market will feature a curated selection of vendors who not only prioritize sustainability, environmentalism, and ethics as a part of their business model but are also deeply passionate about what they do! It all takes place every Sunday in an intimate setting inside the mill building at 55 Sterling st in Clinton, MA.
Our mission is to cultivate an empowering space that is family-friendly, supportive of our local economy, and welcoming to all while giving farms, artists and entrepreneurs a platform to positively contribute to our community.
During winter months the market will take place Indoors. Once things warm up we will be activating our outdoor area and the public park across the street, so stay tuned!

MATCHBOX ART SHOW!
Matchstick Market is hosting an art show, a really really tiny one.
Matchstick Market is invested in supporting and enriching the art community in our area, please join us in our first community art initiative.
We are calling for artists and non-artists alike to contribute artwork made on or from a 1'“ x 2.125” matchbox.
We are asking for a $5 donation to participate, and $1 per additional submission.
Proceeds go towards the sustainability of Matchstick Market - specifically to help fund more art initiatives.
If you register in-person at the market we will provide you with a matchbox on the spot!
This is open to artists and non-artists of all ages and levels.
Children under 12 must have a parent sign them up and agree to supervise (or hold on to the matches) to ensure that they are not used irresponsibly, we are playing with fire after all …
For our first installment, submissions are due March 31. However we would love too see this collection grow so we are leaving registration open and look forward to more submissions coming in!
