Load in is from 8-9:30am. You can load in at the loading dock on the right side of the building (near tracks). There is a small set of stairs here, if you have a large cart or dolly and need/prefer to use the freight elevator, your load instructions will be different, please contact Market Manager. All vendors must be set-up and ready to rock at 10AM!
After you unload, please park around the corner on Parker st. in the empty lots. (Avoid parking in front of the loading door at Morris Mechanical.) Parking is free.
Indoor full booth spaces are 6'x4', half booth spaces are 4’x4’, unless other arrangements have been made. Condensed and creative displays are encouraged.
Once we transition outdoors vendors will have a 10x10 area.
Please bring your own table/display to fit inside of your booth area. Most booths will be against a wall, some may also flow into the hall at times.
The Market space has ambient light, but if you would like to bring additional lighting for your display give us a shout so we can make sure to put you near an outlet.
Vendors must provide their own tents and weights.
Food vendors are required to aquire a food permit with the town of Clinton.
There is a $50 fee that is good for the entirety of 2019.
Matchstick Market exclusively features food and products that do not contain animals or animal byproducts. We do reserve the right to make exceptions to this rule in the case of up-cycled and reclaimed products.
